Global Biorhythm Events is keenly aware of the situation our society will be in if changes are not made in the way people think about the way we treat our resources and what changes we can make in the world we play in. We truly believe that we can make a difference.
Global Biorhythms Events is one of only a few event companies on the west coast that gives back to the areas in which the events are held.
Over the last four years “The Coolest 24 Hour Race Against Cancer” has raised well over $150,000 to help the fight against cancer. Donations have been made to UC Davis and The Dream Foundation.
We have been working hard with the US National Forest Service, California State Parks, BLM and other private agencies to help keep footprints as invisible as possible and to help restore areas that are in need from over impact. Whether it’s the OHV’s, equestrians, mountain biking, running, or hiking we all use the same resources. We must try to work together as one.
Also, to keep the impact low we use recyclable products. A great company making big changes in the world we play in is Eco Products of Colorado, making the best compostable and non-toxic sustainable products. This is one of the reasons we use Eco Products as well as HP ProCurve Networking, Mountain Hardware, Coca Cola Bottling of Sacramento, Hammer Nutrition Products, Chamois butter, Nuun Hydration, Adventure Sports Journal and our local Auburn Bike Works as our sponsors because we believe in a healthy eco system.
When we start using our forest as a community to which we belong and not as a commodity in which to abuse we will be able to keep it forever.
The Leave No Trace Ultra 2010 race series is as follows: The Coolest 24 Hour Race Against Cancer (501)(c) May 1-2 Cool CA
The Coolest 24 II at Boggs Mountain July 18 Cobb, CA (donations to The Friends Of Boggs)
Tahoe Sierra 50-100 Ultra Endurance Race September 11-12 Soda Springs, CA
The Knickerbocker 50 & 8 Hour Ultra Race October 19 Cool, CA
Sugarpine 50 & 8 Hour Ultra Race October 30 Foresthill, Ca. (last race of the Leave No Trace Ultra Series) Race series awards and medals will be handed out at this event.
The Leave No Trace Ultra Series points system:

At the end of The Leave No trace Series the racer, male and female, with the most miles built up over all four races will win a grand prize. In the event two racers are in a tie, both having the same amount of miles at the end of the series, the racer with the least amount of time to complete the four races comes in to play for all four events. This may come into play at the Tahoe Sierra 100. We can only assume that 95% of the Tahoe Sierra 100 racers will finish the whole 100 miles. This is where your race finish times will have an outcome on your overall placing for the series. If just one of the top 20 M/F racers that are in The Leave No Trace Series drops from the Tahoe Sierra 100 race they will lose valuable miles and time. Standings at this point will move around a lot.
Thank you for supporting the number one Eco-Friendly MTB Ultra Series in California.
