General Race Information:
The Boggs Mountain Bash is “old time” MTB racing. If you haven’t raced at Boggs Mountain, you’re in for a treat. Boggs is full of beautiful tree lined single track, plush fire roads and some nice fast technical single track descending. We will be using the same course as The Cool II 24 Hours Race at Boggs.
Race starts Saturday, May 21st at 10:00am. There will be one aid station in the pit area. All racers will be using disposable timing chips. Boggs has no water in the camp grounds. You can get water as you come in across form the CDF office . PLEASE NO GLASS. Take out what you bring in, there are no dumpsters.

Pre-registration fees are as follows: Jan 1-April 1st/$40.00. April 2nd-May 14th/$45.00. May 15th-May 19th/$50.00. T-shirt included if post marked by May 17th, or online by May 19th. No shirt if post marked after May 17th or onlinge after May 19th.
There WILL BE race day registration available if you haven’t signed up yet, it will be $10.00 extra.

Course:
The course is mostly single track with a few short fire road sections. Fast course with some short technical climbs and rippin’ technical descending weaving in and out of the trees. Think Ewok’s railin’ through the trees in the first Star Wars movie. HOLY COW!

Camping Info
The camp sites are first come first serve so get there early. Boggs Demonstration Forest will be charging for camp sites starting in January 2011 so please stop and pay before you come into the camping area. Water is at the CDF office in the parking lot, so full up there.
