The next endurance race on the NorCal calendar is Bike Monkey’s SoNoMas 100 on May 16, 2009 in Geyserville, California. More than 30 miles of freshly spring-showered single track is waiting for racers to set out next Saturday morning on this new endurance event.

Anyone who has competed at Lake Sonoma knows what the terrain is like there, but if you haven’t been around the entire Rancheria Creek trail then you’ve only scratched the surface of what the Lake Sonoma watershed has to offer – everything from open pastures, navigable creek crossings, tight switchback descents, challenging climbs, and of course beer.
